Refund Policy

Last updated 16 September 2026

This policy explains how to request a refund and what an approved refund means for Runvel Pro. The request process depends on where you purchased your subscription.

Website purchases through Paddle

Website payments are generally non-refundable unless Paddle approves a refund or applicable law requires one. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Paddle handles refunds for website payments. Use the support link in your purchase receipt or visit Paddle buyer support. Have your transaction details ready. For a technical problem with Runvel, you can also contact support@runvel.app.

Eligibility is governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, its Buyer Terms and your applicable consumer rights. Paddle considers discretionary requests submitted within 14 days of a transaction; submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Statutory rights may provide different or additional protection. This policy does not limit those rights.

App Store purchases

For an App Store purchase, request a refund at Apple's Report a Problem website. Apple reviews and processes those requests under its own rules. A Paddle refund request cannot refund an Apple purchase.

Cancellation and refund are separate

A normal cancellation stops future renewal while Pro stays available until the paid period ends. It does not automatically refund a payment. Refunding a payment does not itself request cancellation of future renewals: check the provider's confirmation and cancel separately if you also want future payments to stop.

For website subscriptions, use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle email or Paddle buyer support. For App Store subscriptions, use your Apple subscription settings. Removing the app or deleting a Runvel account does not cancel billing.

How confirmed refunds affect Pro

Runvel updates access when the billing provider confirms the refund. Your account shows the resulting access and renewal status. A device that is offline updates when it reconnects.

Your local runs and training history are not deleted by a refund. If your account has no remaining Pro coverage, it returns to Runvel Free.
